Finally some nice weather

We haven't been up to too much lately. It is finally warming up around here, so we're able to play outside. My unemployment runs out in about 3 weeks, so I'm on the job hunt now. It has not been fun! And it looks like Mike is going to be on the road most of the summer still, so that doesn't make my life any easier around the house. We spent Memorial Day weekend up in Siren. We had some good weather, so Lara spent most of her time outside...

Papa, Uncle Jon, and I took Lara mini golfing. It was pretty comical.

Today Lara and Ayla both had check ups. (Lara's 3 yr, and Ayla's 2 month) Everything went well. Ayla now weighs 11 lbs, and is 22 inches long. She is already starting to outgrow some of her 0-3 month sleepers! : ( She also got 4 shots and one oral vaccination. I felt so bad for her because she was super smiley right before she got poked.

Tomorrow I am meeting my parents to drop the girls off with them for the weekend. I have a bachelorette party to go to, and there is some stuff going on in the park in Siren, so they plan to take the kids up there for some fun. I'm looking forward to being able to do some grocery shopping again! I usually try to get most of that done while Mike is home, but that's not too often. I also plan to go buy some new clothes, which is another thing I really can't do with both kids, so I'm looking forward to it.
